1.      Features:
·         Strautmann offers a selection of the fodder mixing wagons known from the trailer programmer also stationary solution equipped with electric drive for use as a module in a semi-automated feeding system.
·         For the design of the stationary Verti-mix double series, Strautmann has combined its extensive experience in the fields of the fodder mixing trailer and the stationary Bio-Mix metering systems (for biogas plants).
·         These stationary feeding systems excel by their smooth running and their short mixing time and can therefore be used in a particularly economic way. They are available in 7 different sizes from 7.5- 28 m3 as vertical mixers with 1 and 2 auger(s). apart from different weighing devices, hydraulic units and discharge options can be included in the scope of delivery.
·         Furthermore, different transfer conveyors are available for the transfer to other transport systems. Due to an intelligent sub-frame design, various placement options for the individual models are practicable on site. Thus, the stationary Verti-Mix Double can be adapted to a wide range of different stable and operating conditions.
·         The new stationary Verti-Mix series can make an interesting contribution to cost-effective milk production, in particular at very high altitudes and in regions of permanent cold.
